The conflicts in the CIS, as well as the Russian-Ukrainian war, stem from the collapse of the USSR, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, Report informs via TASS.
According to Putin, the West is working on scenarios of inciting new conflicts in the CIS region, and risks are increasing in the entire Asia-Pacific region.
“The West is ready to endanger any country, to turn it into the epicenter of the crisis, to cause a color revolution and a bloody massacre,” Putin noted.
