Russia has resorted to new, tough tactics in the war against Ukraine, Mykhaylo Podolyak, an adviser to the chief of the Ukrainian presidential administration, said, Report informs, citing UNIAN.
"Bombing big cities. To cause massive civilian casualties. To scare and cause panic. To erase historical memory from the streets of Ukrainian cities. These are the key manifestations of the new war tactics of the Russian Federation," Podolyak said.
Two Russian missiles hit the Kyiv TV tower yesterday, leaving five people dead and five others injured and damaging the unit substation and the tower's equipment.
