The administration of US President Joe Biden is privately urging Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to show openness to talks with Russia, Report informs referring to The Washington Post.
These demands are not aimed at pushing Ukraine to the negotiating table, but at preserving moral dignity in the eyes of its international supporters. According to the publication, most likely, this is a deliberate attempt to ensure the government in Kyiv support from other countries.
