The Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan has started the procedure of including Tigran Keosayan, a Russian journalist of Armenian origin, on the list of undesirable persons, Spokesman of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Aybek Smadiyarov said, Report informs, citing Tengrinews.kz.
On April 24, Keosayan's YouTube channel posted a video in which he insulted Kazakhs, saying that they should 'take a close look on Ukraine' and calling on Russian officials to re-examine relationship with Kazakhstan.
