Türkiye expects to return the money paid for the purchase of American F-35 fighter jets, country's Minister of National Defense Yasar Guler said, according to Report.
"I think we will be able to return the money we paid for the F-35, negotiations are ongoing," he said.
Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated that the country was ready to discuss the return to the F-35 fighter program with the United States as Ankara considers its exclusion from the program unfounded.
