Turkiye cannot join sanctions against Russia in the current conditions, country's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told CNN Turk.
"I do not blame the countries that applied sanctions against Russia," he said.
He added that his country would follow the sanctions to be imposed by the UN against Russia.
"We have legal obligations. We apply the Montreaux convention," he said.
