After the second Karabakh war, Azerbaijan and Türkiye took many steps to normalize relations with Armenia, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mevlut Cavusoglu, said, Report informs.
The minister noted that the "Nemesis" monument in Armenia was erected to honor the terrorist organizations that martyred Azerbaijanis as well as Turkish diplomats in the 1920s.
"Only the speaker of the Armenian parliament is allowed to come to Türkiye for the BSTDB meeting. Because this is an international meeting, it is an exception," Cavusoglu added.
