Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will visit Moscow in September to negotiate the resumption of the grain deal, Report informs referring to TASS citing the Milliyet newspaper.
The publication also claims the possibility of negotiations in Istanbul between representatives of Russia, the UN and Türkiye on a grain deal, calling it one of the scenarios for ‘reviving the initiative.’
If the meeting is successful, negotiations with the participation of Ukraine may take place in Istanbul in the future.
