Kyiv wants to create a conflict between NATO and Russia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told journalists, Report informs.
"Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statements do not give much ground for optimism. We are striking at Ukrainian military facilities that pose a threat to Russia," he said.
