By his decision to declare a partial mobilization in his country, Russian President Vladimir Putin showed that Russia is the only aggressor in the world, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala tweeted, Report informs.
“The partial mobilization announced by Putin is an attempt to further escalate the war unleashed by Russia in Ukraine and further proof that Russia is the only aggressor,” Fiala said.
The prime minister stressed that Ukraine needs help against the background of the announcement of mobilization.
“We must continue to provide it in our own interests,” he added.
