Many American companies are interested in resuming business operations in Russia, Report informs.
Robert Agee, Chief Executive Officer of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham), made the statement in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to Agee, a significant number of American entrepreneurs would like to return to the Russian market; however, current US sanctions against Russia prevent them from doing so.
Earlier, The New York Times noted that sanction policies regarding Russia could weaken the position of the US dollar, as Washington fears the growing popularity of the Chinese yuan and cryptocurrencies within the global financial system, the outlet noted.
