MEDIA: Activities of Iran's Sahar TV, Mehr deemed illegal in Azerbaijan

The activities of Iran's Sahar TV and Mehr News Agency, as well as representatives of these entities, are considered illegal in Azerbaijan based on the principle of reciprocity, Report informs.

This was stated in a statement by Azerbaijan's Media Development Agency, MEDIA, regarding Iran's inclusion of AzTV on its list of "enemy media outlets."

The document said the media organizations in question operate against Azerbaijan's national interests and conduct propaganda against the country's sovereignty, constitutional order, territorial integrity and national security.
