Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has brought to the attention of President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron that the responsibility for the large-scale provocations lies directly with the military-political leadership of Armenia, and the Azerbaijani side is taking retaliatory measures, Report informs.
In addition, during the telephone conversation, the importance of ensuring sustainable peace and security in the region and continuing the peace agenda was emphasized.
