The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, which lasted for almost 30 years, has been resolved, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov has said.
Report informs that the minister spoke at the opening ceremony of the joint Turkish-Russian Monitoring Center, built in the liberated Aghdam region.
According to him, peace in the region has been achieved thanks to the efforts of the military-political leadership of Turkey and Russia.
"The memorandum on the establishment of the Joint Monitoring Center between Turkey and Russia, signed on November 11 last year, is of particular importance," Zakir Hasanov said.
