Azerbaijan combines modern urban planning approaches with innovation and multicultural values in the restoration of liberated territories.
Report informs that Ravan Hasanov, executive director of the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre, said this at WUF13 in Baku.
According to him, special attention is paid not only to modern development, but also to preserving cultural diversity during the restoration of liberated territories.
"Historical monuments, religious sites and cultural heritage are being preserved in Karabakh. The state is taking all necessary steps to strengthen social solidarity," Hasanov said.
