Sweden intends to continue strengthening bilateral relations with Azerbaijan based on a shared history and by developing cooperation in areas such as investment, trade, sustainable development, and education, Sweden's newly appointed Ambassador to Azerbaijan Louise Morsing said in a video message on Facebook, Report informs.
"I am very happy to begin my new assignment as Swedish Ambassador to Azerbaijan. I only arrived and immediately discovered something that makes me feel a bit like home. Namely, Villa Petrolea - the Nobel brothers house musuem [in Baku]," she said.
The diplomat also noted that she looks forward to continuing to get to know Azerbaijan and meeting many of its residents.
