"Steps should be taken to stabilize the situation on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border, which is currently being dealt with by the Russian president and relevant agencies," Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told a weekly briefing, the Russian bureau of Report says.
The Russian official noted that their mediation mission is aimed at establishing peace in the region.
