The Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, and Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani sent letters of condolence to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev regarding the AZAL plane crash near the Kazakh city of Aktau, Report informs, citing the press service of the President of Azerbaijan.
