"As for the conclusions or results of this cooperation, I have no doubts they will be positive. In the 1990s, there were problems between our states," the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, said in an extended meeting with President Ilham Aliyev, Report informs.
"I remember that time, and of course, you remember too. From today's point of view, those problems were very small, but they existed. I remember we were discussing the debt problem in the amount of $8 million. We had such a problem. Today we do not accidentally say that our cooperation is strategic. Because these are not just words, the cooperation itself has such a nature in terms of its volume," Tokayev noted.
