Azerbaijani President: Opening of communications to create favorable atmosphere in the region

“The opening of the regional transport communications is important for our region. The Zangazur corridor is not only an exit to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, but is also the possibility of connecting Armenia with Iran through the railway lines. It will also connect Armenia with Russia through Azerbaijan," President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said this at a press conference after meeting with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg in Brussels, Report informs.

“Armenia does not have these railway lines. This will create a favorable atmosphere in the region,” the president added.
