Allegations that Azerbaijan entered Armenian territory are absurd, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Türkiye, Rashad Mammadov, said at the panel discussion on “Azerbaijan after the victory of Karabakh” held in Ankara, Report informs.
He said that the borders have not been determined yet: "Who can claim that Azerbaijan entered the territory of Armenia?" This is wrong thinking. Borders need to be defined. It should be determined on the basis of which map this will be done."
The ambassador noted that Azerbaijan has no eye on anyone’s territory: "We think that peace should come to the South Caucasus. We are in favor of Karabakh Armenians accepting Azerbaijani citizenship and living in our lands."
