The Ministry of Science and Education has been given several powers, Report says.
The issue was reflected in the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on improving management in science and education in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to the decree, the powers related to the implementation of state policy and regulation in the field of science, coordination and direction of the scientific activities of scientific institutions and organizations were assigned to the Ministry.
