“I was presented with a preliminary version of the master plan of Zangilan city,” President Ilham Aliyev said while receiving Vahid Hajiyev in a video format in connection with his appointment as special representative of the president in the Zangilan district, which is part of the East Zangazur economic region, Report informs.
