President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding the Dostlug order to Valendina Ivanovna Matviyenko, Report informs citing AzerTag.
Report informs that, in line with the order, Valentina Ivanovna Matviyenko is awarded for her special services rendered to the strengthening of cooperation and mutual relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation.
