Russia's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mikhail Yevdokimov, has proposed holding an inter-parliamentary meeting in Karabakh, specifically in Shusha, this June, Report informs.
The diplomat made this suggestion during the business panel titled "Investments in the Caspian Region."
Yevdokimov noted that a meeting between MPs of both countries is already planned to take place in Azerbaijan in June: "I believe this meeting should not necessarily be held in Baku, but in Karabakh – for example, in Shusha. In that case, our deputies will be able to witness the large-scale work carried out in these territories."
